Within the next couple of days, you will receive an email from us containing your Santa Rosa Fiber Service Agreement. We ask that you simply verify that all the service information is correct and then electronically sign the document.
If for any reason your service information is incorrect, please contact us right away.
After we receive your signed Service Agreement, you will receive email correspondence from us as your Fiberhood continues to move from phase to phase during the construction process.
You can also watch the progress of your Fiberhood Zone as well as other Fiberhood Zones by clicking here.
Once construction has been completed in your area, you’ll be contacted by email to schedule your installation – the date and the time.
